What are affirmations?
An affirmation is a short sentence that is of a positive nature and then can be repeated to persuade the mind that this positive intention is possible.
If you have negative speak going on, flip it to make it into a postive. And the best thing is, the brain doesn't actually know that it is not true. Using positive statements like this can disrupt the thought patterns and stop you from feeling negative about yourself or about a situation.
Instead of thinking "I can't do this", flip it and say "I can do this" or "I am going to do this". The brain likes repitition, so keep repeating the affirmation throughout the day or carry it on throughout the week.
Consider ways to sprinkle your life with positive thoughts, happy statements, optimistic notes to yourself.
