Oracle cards

What a lovely addition to a women's circle, giving people a little personal message. But what are they?

Oracle cards generally have a picture on them depicting a scene, the picture can be laden with hidden messages such as planet signs, numerology, elemental depictions, animals, guides and so much more.

They also can feature a written message or a word.

How to interpret the card?

Firstly, what does the message say? What do the words say or mean to you? How are you interpreting them?

The message will resonate with the reader and be interpreted by their understanding right now. If you actually looked at the card another time, you might read the message in a different way as it is tuning in to your emotions on the day.

Now look at the card, look at it in its entirety and see how you take the message. Now look at small aspects of the card, such as:

• day or night
• person looking forward or back, up or down
• holding something
• what is in the background
• are they walking towards something or away from something
• does it feature an opening like a door
• does it feature numbers
• does it have elemental signs, planet signs
• hidden message

You can see when you really "forensically" examine a card it can hold so much hidden messages that on face value you would have missed.

Take the card as a message for the day or for the immediate future, if it is saying "be happy" then this is an excellent prompt for giving you a gentle support reminder for the day.
